Engineer · Founder · Builder

Building tools they said
were impossible.

For over 10 years I built software that outperformed multi-million-dollar corporate solutions. Now I'm building my own.

About

From the grid to the cloud.

8 years at ONS — Brazil's grid operator, 200+ million people. I delivered a load management platform in 4 months that still outperforms its multi-million-dollar corporate replacement. Built an async API that IT adopted into production — replacing the vendor's standard tooling. Refactored a 15,000-line forecasting monolith into the official open-source model. Coordinated an inter-institutional technical task force — as a junior.

But I wanted more than building for someone else's institution. In 2022, still working full-time at ONS, I started building AgendaCheia — an ambitious scheduling marketplace for service professionals. New stack learned from zero. Nights, weekends, holidays, entire vacations. Over a million lines of code by 2025. But it wasn't enough — AgendaCheia is a platform where every bug costs my clients their clients. The quality gap was too wide for one engineer. I was ready to shut it down. Then a YouTube thumbnail — program with an army of agents — and the architecture became clear: AI hallucination is a context problem, not a model problem. 400+ builds later, SpecForge exists — and proved itself on AgendaCheia: from 1 million lines to 14 million, validated by over 20,000 automated tests. Today I don't code alone. I code with an army of agents.

Projects

What I'm building.

Every product here was born from a real problem. Not one started with a market research deck.

Solutions Forge

Founder · 2026

Software engineering company shipping production platforms, intelligent automation and scalable systems. We architect it, we build it, we run it.

SpecForge

Beta · 2025

AI agent orchestration for software engineering. Feed it a product requirement, get back implementation-ready specs — broken down, validated, and buildable. Up to 50 agents working in parallel. 400+ builds and counting.

AgendaCheia

Beta · 2022

The scheduling platform Brazilian service professionals actually deserve. Online booking, Stripe Connect payments, automated reminders, full business dashboard. 8 apps, 17 shared packages — one engineer.

ONS — National Grid Systems

2017 — Present

Mission-critical ML and data engineering systems for Brazil's National Electric System Operator. Forecasting models, real-time dashboards, company-wide tooling — serving the operational backbone of a continental-scale power grid. Every system built on personal initiative. Every one still in production.

PrevCargaDESSEM
Refactored Cepel's 15k-line monolith into a modular, parallelized forecasting engine with JSON config. Now open source on GitHub.
Load Management
Load management system built in 4 months. Outperforms its corporate replacement to this day.
Supervisory Data API
A custom async API for supervisory data. Adopted by IT into production — replacing the vendor's standard tooling. Still in production.
Data, ML & Operations Tooling
AWS Batch/Docker pipelines, meteorological data engineering (GRIB/NetCDF), MMGD forecasting across 8,000+ grid points. An interactive forecasting tool eliminated hours of daily manual work. A real-time monitoring dashboard became the company-wide operational reference. Taught a 40-hour R course — 40 attendees, 15 on the waitlist.

Journey

How I got here.

2012

Started coding

First lines in Fortran and VBA. Electrical engineering student who couldn't stop automating things.

2017

Joined ONS

Brazil's National Electric System Operator. Started building tools that outperformed what was available to my team — and several solutions the market sold them.

2022

The expansion

Refactored Cepel's forecasting monolith into open-source software. Built a full data and ML pipeline platform on AWS. Taught myself TypeScript and React at nights and weekends to start building AgendaCheia.

2024

Gramado Summit

Invested heavily to bring AgendaCheia to market at Gramado Summit. Came back to a family hospitalization. Four months offline. The investment was gone — only the experience remained. Slowly rebuilt momentum.

2025

SpecForge is born

July. The gap between what existed and what was needed was too wide for one engineer. Was ready to shut down AgendaCheia. Then a YouTube thumbnail — program with an army of agents. Realized AI hallucination was a context problem. MD files, epics, tickets, MCP architecture. 400+ builds later, SpecForge exists.

2026

Founded Solutions Forge

The forge is lit. The next chapter begins now.

He didn't know it was impossible, so he did it.
